Description:

The new way of a manipulation windows.

Headings of windows are always visible, so dockers and application switchers are not necessary.
Only close button in header of window.
My window docker can be used for minimizating windows and for their moving on other desktop.
LaunchApp - double-click on empty workspace.

Positively:
-No abstraction between a window and its representation on application switcher.
-Possibility to find a window quickly by its sizes and position
-Clean interface.

Excuse me for my bad English, let my video speaks for me

EDIT:

This video show this functionality in compiz-like window compositor. But this idea can be realizable in metasity-like compositor.

You should submit it to the gnome site or tell them about it so at least they have some new ideas for the upcoming gnome-shell
