Description:

This is my first icon theme for the Linux gnome desktop (specially for Ubuntu)!

I made it, because most of the themes I found had got some really good icons, but also some I disliked. So I used the the best icons and give them a modern white-black style!

most of them are in the Mac4Lin_Icons, nuevo, Breathless icon theme

At last I want to say, this is a really big theme (50MB), and maybe it could take a lot of time to download it, but therefor you get a so large icon theme, that it will hard to find a normal gnome icon. In my opinion there are only some apps which are missing, but these I try to add, if I am aloud!

Constructive feedbacks are, as always, welcome.
Hope you like it ;-)

PS: sorry for my bad english

Changelog:

0.1 : first realise

0.2 : - changed some not so good icons and tried to make them more clear
- repaired 3 Bugs
-linked some more icons

0.3: - After so much received inquires I changed the Panel Icon
Hope you like it :)
- delete some useless Icons so that the icon theme gets a size of 40 MB

0.4: - I reworked the media icons and added some
- I added the battery Icons, but I was not able to test it. So I hope it works

Wow, this will go great with my current setup, great job! :D

And yeah, instead of having the Ubuntu logo, maybe give it its own logo? One that represents your icon theme. That'd be sweet, and unique.

 about panel icon

Thanks! Great icon set! But is there a way for me to change the panel icon? Because I'm not using ubuntu? Thanks!

 Nice. but...

I feel the panel icon should be distro independent. Waiting for the icon to be changed to something different other than ubuntu's ( as I do not use ubuntu ). Very well done otherwise. Not using now.

I think that this is a wonderful icon theme. Your Firefox icon is the best I have ever seen, amazingly beautiful.

i'm fine with the styling of the volume control but maybe in red? i find white black and red are much better than with blue.

Hi,

What theme(s) did you use for the second screenshot?

These are the standard Themes of Ubuntu.
GTK2: Clearlocks (only changed the colours a little bit)
Window border: also the emrald standard of Ubuntu (changed the colour and curved the corners)
