I had found this GIMP Splash screen some time ago, but I don\\\'t remember who uploaded this. I sought for it again but I didn\\\'t find it. The text says \\\"Art Is Freedom\\\", I only retouched the image a little and I decided to upload it again. Thanks to the original author.
