unzip it and copy the arta-darker folder into /home/your_user/.themes

no, but you need the latest murrine engine.

Any ideas where that is? I found lots of conflicting versions when I searched. I found an .rpm but I'm not sure how to use that (I'm on Ubuntu)

I really appreciate any help. This theme is very nice :) and I want to grace my desktop with it.
