-Corrected .dll icon, .EXE icons, and windows based icons.
-Corrected XML and HTML icons.
-Different file host, one that is more accessable to people in other countries (all file hosts seem to be POS :(... oh well)

One of the coolest icon themes ever tested by me.
Just one more proposal to fix: When I click on "system"-> "preferences"-> "Sounds", and then again on the label "Sounds", the icons supposedly to appear on he "play" button are missing.
P.S. By the way, adding Simpsons' faces is cool :D

This icon theme is great! I was a little wary of the thick outlines, but they look fine in use.
While this is one of the more complete icon sets I've seen, it seems that you left out icons for OO.o file formats (unless it's just my computer being odd, which is possible) and .exe. Perhaps they will make it into the next version.
Great job! This will probably be the icon set for my DVR
