I installed the theme but the window border and icon theme did not change. Is that a seperate affair?

not all themes are ready to be imported as soon as the download finishes. Extract the contents and read any instructions inside!

In this case there's an emerald and a gtk theme inside.

Hi there,
I love the look of this theme, and am DYING to put this on my system; however, when I was installing it from my System>Appearance, a message pops up says "'Dyne' does not appear to be a valid theme."

Seeing so many people are enjoying this theme, I doubt that it's an invalid theme...

Could anyone help solve my problem?

When using transparent panels, the background of the notification area is all grey...any way to fix this?

I adore your themes, but I also like my transparent panels... xP

Dyne, Elfin, Fawn, Gaia, BlackWhite, Cuore, Mire....these are 'classic' styles that I use all the time. Dyne is just beautiful work and thank you so much for sharing it.

Lyrae,
I am a huge fan of your themes, especially the openbox work. I was thinking to myself today that something like nova, except in grey would be cool. You read my mind. This is excellent work. Keep it up.

It is conky and you can get the script from http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Another+conky+scripts?content=58555. Just change the colours to match or you can do whatever you want with it.
