I've always had a difficult time finding a bunch of various Internet stations, and whenever I do, I always had to manually install each and every one of them. Well, after a long while of doing just that, and accumulating quite a few, I decided to share.
There are nearly 4800 stations included here, of all types and genres of music and radio. So, I'm sure there is something for everyone.
And for those who use Radiotray and/or Rhythmbox, I've already included a version of the station list which is in the appropriate format/file for those programs.
Once you've extracted the tar file, you'll find two folders, one for Rhythmbox, and the other for Radiotray, and a text file, 'radiostations.txt'.
For Rhythmbox users, copy the file, 'rhythmdb.xml', to ~/.local/share/rhythmbox.
For Radiotray users, copy the file, 'bookmarks.xml', to ~/.local/share/radiotray.
Either copy the whole file to the appropriate folder, or extract whatever stations desired to the file that's already there (such as if you've already added stations that you don't want deleted).
For Amarok & Banshee users, sorry, but I couldn't format the station list for those programs as I couldn't find where they are located. But if you do know, feel free to let me know.
You can always manually add as many as you want from the included 'radiostations.txt" to the respective applications.
FYI, some stations don't always work, so if that happens, try another (or another quality of that station, if it exists).
