It's 'gnome-backgrounds' package in Ubuntu.

Also it's on GNOME ART site

http://art.gnome.org/backgrounds/nature/1235

You can get many new and nice wallpapers from there

Similar, but not the same. Human w/gummy clearlooks as it's autor states is a hybrid of new Clearlooks and the Human theme. My theme is only Ubuntulooks-based.
