To get the Menu bars like a glass theme right click them hit properties, then background, check the solid collor box, and set transparency to disired level lower = more clear higher = darker

Err... the second and third link leads to a "not found" page. Try rapidshare for the theme and ImageShack.us for the background image.
BTW it really looks great ^^

Now it has an apple sign near the applications bar!!!!!

Very nice... clean, very sharp, and easy on the eyes.
