First of all I love this icon set! thanks for making this. it would be much appreciated to add more custom icons. again thank you!

Please add Polar icons for the following:

*MKV Files Creator (mkvtoolnix-gui)
*Handbrake
*SoundConverter 1.4.4
*Ubuntu Software Center
*Disk Utility
*pyRenamer
*NVIDIA X Server Settings
*Startup Disk Creator
*Weather Indicator 11.05.31 'Cloudy 8' (scalable and for tray)
*CPUFreq Scaling Monitor (tray)

and also i think it would be nice if this had a matching minimalist like theme that gives a polar feel to the system.

I have these icons succesfully installed!! I ? wondering wwhich problems you have...

What I now want to know is: is there a possibility for a light, arctic Metacity-Theme for these nice icons because the one displayed here is just too dark for my taste. I prefer lighter Metacities for such icons.

Simply extract all files and move the folder to your .icons/ folder (/home/urusername/.icons )

If you want everyusers to have them then move the folder to /usr/share/icons/

You can also simply drag the .tar.gz file to your themes manager just like you do with GTK themes.

This icons look great, and I think they would go well with the "icey" theme I have.
Only problem is, the download link is broken! Is there any other place I can get these icons?

hey, thx again for your feedback :)

I want release a "basic" package, for the theme manager, and a "additional" with all alternate icons and not implemented icons for manual installation.

I release the second beta within 2 or 3 days.

Truly fantastic icon theme.....I am in love!

I realise this is the beta version, however in the second screen shot it appears that you already have extra icons available, specifically the Ubuntu icon which isn't packaged in the download.

Is there any way to obtain the icons in the second screenshot?

...some unpolished icons. I mean, little childish ones. Though there is a majority of good icons. I hope you'd realize why few of them doesn't match the others.

It's just a Beta version right? I'm pretty sure that icons like "home" will maturate through time! Good luck with this theme (I'm a hopeful user: who uses to put dark themes in his desktop)
