It works for me.

Maybe it was a server error.

Is it still not working?

I'll try to do it. I don't use inkscape much, but I looked at it, and agree.

Thanks for your suggestion!

I think this theme will be a lot better if the background color was uniformly dark.

This is an excellent theme, I'm using it right now. I have just one suggestion to make: either make the panel a little lighter, so it matches the window decoration, or or provide a panel-bg graphic that's similar to the window decoration - it just keeps things more consistent. :)

Quality work.

I hope the 2.2 panel bg is similar to what you were looking for. I have to say myself that my theme is looking much better with the panel bg than before.

Thanks for the suggestions!

The emerald theme was sort of a bad hack, and now I've started using metacity to draw my windows. If you're using compiz, you can still use the metacity theme using Compiz-Config Setting Manager.

Just go to the Window Decorations section, and change the text field labeled Command to /usr/bin/compiz-decorator

... but I get this error
git clone git.gnome.org/browse/murrine/
fatal: Could not switch to 'git.gnome.org/browse/murrine'
So what happened. Git is installed. I followed the instructions on the Lucid incoming artwork page and it got me this far.
Now what?

Thanks for your input.

Sorry, the command should be:
git clone http://git.gnome.org/browse/murrine/

That should fix the problem.

It did. Now after cd murrine, when i type
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-animation
i get this error:
~/murrine$ ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-animation
bash: ./configure: No such file or directory.
I also tried skipping that part and go on with make and make install but no succes.
Any hints?

You should try the new panel background in the new release of the theme (its not enabled by default, but there is an image in the theme package).

Really a great update....just an observation, the black text in the progress bars is very difficult to read, white would be better in my opinion...;)

I think I know where the problem lies, but I can't seem to find an app to preview it in.

Which program did you encounter this problem in?
