Run this command in console:
Quote:sudo apt-get install gnome-splashscreen-manager
Then you can use menu (System -> Preferences -> Splash Screen)

What about Fedora Core 6, I tried looking in YUM for a gnome splash screen manager, I even typed splash and only saw two managers, one for KDE, and one for XFCE.
Is there any other way, or a way to manually install gnome-splashscreen-manager?
