This is based off of the Circle Starts icons by Cyriaque 'Cisoun' Skrapits. It is specifically meant to be used in GnoMenu on a top panel and placed in the corner. It can be used in the bottom panel in the corner as well.

This is my first submission in a little while, I have created this theme for 1440 x 900 resolution but should work on the lower resolutions as well. This is released under GPL V2 so please share, improve and spread the word. Please leave any comments and I will fix any problems as soon as possible.
