If anybody know of a way to control the font-color for just the panels, I'll be really happy (I would like the text for taskbar entries and menus to be white, but in order to do that, I have to make the default text color white... not so good).

-font in run dialog -font on ComboBox, its menu, and Listheaders is black...should be white (see 2nd screenshot) -same old insensitive font (embedded white) -insenitive arrows in some places are not configurable.

If u prefer contrast, then I guess Powered icon theme by fratrip and White Reflections Icon theme by msart2k can be considered.

Please try a slightly transparent panel with white colour; it looks better on a dark wallpaper too.

Nodoka-VYC is based in Nodoka Engine with black and white details [needs Murrine & gtk-xfce engines too]...

There has been an attempt to do this before, but there were many black on black and white on white bugs.
