This is my splashscreen based on my icons (hakeerium aplha), there are two modes, in this is progress bar.

I adapted the kde-wave kdm theme to this splash screen using the redmond engine... unpack this archive in /usr/share/apps/ksplash/Themes. Then use the splash screen tool in the control panel to change it. Please also check out my similar splashy and grub themes.
