Theme that you have downloaded is a continuation of an effort to create KDE Theme that would look exactly like Microsoft Windows XP. With this theme, you can use WindowsXP alike startup screen (so called splash screen).

Update of debian splash screen provided by probono. Updated the icons to use the new stuff in crystal 0.72 (thanks everaldo for the great work) only splashactivebar and splashinactivebar provided put these in with your old splash_top and thats it.
