Here's a Plymouth Splash Screen that looks like Windows 7's boot screen. This is based on Moony's Windows 7 Lookalike Plymouth Theme. Found here: https://store.kde.org/p/1000041/ I've fixed the directory issue to make it work properly with newer LTS. Should work nicely. Enjoy.
