This is an hybrid between the default Plasma panel and a centered bottom dock. I made it to work like it was standard Plasma panel with a centered icon-only task manager, a couple of monitors and some eye candy from Latte.

Often when using a lighter theme the indicators are hard to see, that was the reason for the creation of these themes. They are light but have a darker stripe at the bottom where the indicators are. Installation instructions are included in the archive.
