Description:

Emerald theme inspired by Clearlooks' 2.20 Metacity window border. I used that with Compiz Fusion, but I didn't like Compiz's inability to properly drop-shadow the Metacity (gtk-window-decorator) borders, so I created this for Emerald.

Why Bloom?
Well, it's a blue theme. So "blue" corresponds to "bloo" (as that cartoon character) and the "m" is there meaning "Metacity", but I didn't really think of it that way - it just kinda occurred to me. :-)
