Hi, I like that theme!
I have a question: which is the mac-like dock shown on the bottom of the preview image?

It's Avant Window Navigator. (one good site for it is http://code.google.com/p/avant-window-navigator/) By default it looks like the traditional Mac dock bar. The above website tells how to customize it's config file to make it angled and reflective (just like Sun's Project Looking Glass, which is where Apple got the idea of how to change their doc bar). It has it's limitations though. For example, the Mac "grow on mouse hover" is not an option, instead the icon bounces, which is the same thing it does when you click an icon. The currently active window has a small mostly transparent box around it.
