This theme is a clear brown theme that remind me chocolate.
There are large border and buttons.
It's best fit with the santay-chocolate gtk theme.

i think its recommended to say that the Santay-Theme needs the elementary-icon set, which can be downloaded here: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Elementary+Icons?content=73439
But:
I installed the ubuntu-Package and had to fix the Santay-Theme files to make it work (just fix the IconTheme-Entry to "elementary").
If you install the icon theme manualy, fix the folder name also to "elemantary".
