This theme is a simple rendition of the yet-to-be-created theme 'Union' that is being headed by Ken Vermette. My theme is a merge between Union and Union Simple (Kith).
If you modify the clearlooks theme to use the colors in the second screenshot i've provided, it looks much better and is very easy on the eyes.

To get the tabs looking correct you need to have the clearlooks engine installed and being used. You must also use the colors I've provided.
As for the font, I'm pretty sure it's Sans.

You need to tell us the hex codes for those colors (in the second screenshot) or we won't know what colors exactly to choose.

I'd do it myself but I'm not a wiz at creating themes :p
Great job!

To modify the colors, go to your GTK theme manager (system -> prefs -> appearance) and click customize (when you have clearlooks selected. Now go to the colors tab and click on one of the color boxes. a color wheel should show up. Under that wheel is a text feild and a button (with an eye dropper on it). click that button and click on the corresponding color on the second screenshot. (if you clicked the first color button, then click the same thing on the screenshot.) Do this with all the colors and it should look like mine!

i use it with clearlooks2.20 and a bit modified colors like you have there and i love it.
with this theme the ubuntu brown comes to a new live. i am happy that the complete new look of hardy was canceled for now, because - with such a window-border - the unique brown should stay.
so...
. i'm not sure about the glow colors on the buttons. just make them darker or such.
. well, the font, i use segoe here, centered, but that's how i like it.
. and can you make a metacity?

Yes, i've been thinking about changing the glows a little. I noticed that the glow on the minimize button (yellow) looks kind of like a light glow, and I'll see how it looks on all of them. I'll also darken the colors a little bit and test it out. Another idea i had for the glow is a darker brown, so i'll try that too.
I'll also look into the font, because now that i look at it, the current font isn't the most clean. I may just post a little blip about how to center the text, because personally, i like to know exactly where to look on the screen to find my window title. Thanks though.
About the metacity theme, i've tried, and havent been able to find out how to create one. I'll probably look into it some more as I really thought this theme was great, and I want to see it grow.
THANKS!!!

So if you vote 'bad' on this theme, make sure to tell me why.
Thanks!
