I had to reinstall this screenlet, and since then I don't have themes I used to have, like:Noback theme, the one I like the most. There are only 2 themes available: default and grey.
Do I have to install themes separately, I forgot, so anybody refresh my memory?
Also, as I remember, I could change color of calendar events, set alarms..?
Now I can't.Anybody help?

Hi

Your script do not work for me
self.reader.readURL(self.icalpath, self.authrealm, self.authuri, self.authuser, self.authpasswd, self.useauth)
File "/home/..../.screenlets/ClearCalendar/iCal.py", line 95, in readURL
tempFile = open('calendar.ics','r')
IOError: [Errno 2] Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type: 'calendar.ics'
"Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type" means "no file or folder.."

Right-click over the calendar and choose 'Ics file path'. Then, replace the default entry to this:

/home//.evolution/calendar/local/system/calendar.ics

Where is your account name. Worked for me! :)

I did that. And now when I open the .ics file up in sunbird it lets me. but, when I click 'View Events' after right clicking on ClearCalendar, it just brings up an empty window with a lightbulb. i'm on ubuntu jaunty btw.

I've already set the ics file path to:
/home/<user>/.screenlets/calendar/calendar.ics and I've opened it up in Sunbird, so I know it's acting like a normal .ics file.

Very Nice!
But to view an event opens a window, and that look somehow ugly, it would be nice it the screenlet expands just as the gnome calendar from the panel does.

Current Date, aka Today should be highlighted more.

We can't easily find out Today's date.

While I like this better than the default screenlet, some display issues should be fixed. Such as, not displaying days that do not occur during the month; i.e. February, April, June, September and November.
