This is a good GTK skin, but with Ubuntu Gutsy the tool bar on Open Office and Firefox is Black !

do not know! I am using Gutsy and not having any problem (as you can also guess from the screenshots)! Try detail a bit more.

that theme is pretty hawt, wd =]

one thing... i don't appear to have the same panel as is shown in your screenshot =/ is it from another theme and you've added it to your own?

also, i think the orange text in the window border could be made a little more subtle/less sharp =p

but its the best theme ive seen in a while congrats ;D

definitely right! just added two png files, topbar (1280x24) and topbar1024 (1024x24)...you can use as panel background... bottombar.png (1x24) can be used as background for the bottom panel...thanks for comments and suggestions, when I'll find some time, I work on it!
