Arsen, Black/White, No Border
Adapted from Arsen-BW. Changes: Rounded top corners, removed side and bottom borders, centered window title, unfocused windows now have a black background just like focused ones but gray text and finally I also changed the menu button to show the application's icon.
Screen 1 shows an active terminal, screen 2 an inactive terminal and screen 3 an active normal window.
