Add the buttons (right side or left side) SHADE/STICK/ABOVE in the original theme of Ubuntu "Ambiance"

-Ubuntu metacity theme "Ambiance" dont support anymore since long time metacity V2 new buttons fonctions shade/stick/above (like a lot of themes), and now they stoped to support the V2 at all (no more metacity-theme-2.xml file !).
-Leo_Zappa done a version of "Ambiance" compatible with metacity V2.
-I just created PNG files to have a normal use of SHADE/STICK/ABOVE and adaped te code to use them.

I done this for Ubuntu 14.10 (gnome-classic compiz session), but it can work with other comfig (or not).
# Uncompress the folder and put it in
You must now have:
with all the files inside.
# Execute this command to use the theme:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences theme "AmbiancePlus"
- Configuration -
# Reconfigure the buttons of the windows (they are above,maximize,menu,minimize,shade,spacer,stick,:) like you want, exemple:
Buttons at the left side
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout 'close,maximize,minimize,shade,stick,above:'
Buttons at the right side
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences button-layout ':above,stick,shade,minimize,maximize,close'
NOTE (compiz): You can remove "shade" button (or not) and use the mouse wheel on the tittle of the window to shade/unshade it, with this command:
gsettings set org.compiz.gwd mouse-wheel-action shade
- Uninstall -
#Load back the Ubuntu original Ambiance theme with the command:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences theme "Ambiance"
#Delete the folder
