With a little bit GIMP skills you can wipe out or copy paste colours over the X if you want, I would not know why you'd like that, because Ubuntu is X isn't it?

I agree. This is an awesome piece of work...if only we could get the 'X' out. Sorry, the reason I'm on this website is because I have no GIMP skills. :-) Really, I hope you consider a version without the 'X'.
