This is Lust, a character from Fullmetal Alchemist.
The background was taken from animepaper.net and was made by Dioma.
The screenshot isn't correct, i don't know why but everything seems huge. The real thing isn't like that.

Please change the license to proprietary or whatnot. Whether drawn by a 3rd party or not, the character itself is copyrighted, thus it can't be GPL. Thanks.
