Any chance you could make the background available as a wallpaper without the "Welcome to NSA.gov" part?

I have tinkered with the theme to get it in a native resolution for my Eee, but would like to continue using it as a wallpaper as well. At present I have extracted the background from the theme, but having the Welcome part doesn't work as well when already logged in.
