Description:

A modified version of the Ubuntu Humanity Icon theme that allows you to easily change the icon colors. Essentially, Humanities was inspired by the Gnome-Colors project. Humanity is designed and developed by Daniel Foré, Jonian Guveli, and K.Vishnoo Charan Reddy.
WARNING:
This project is no longer maintained. It was last updated for Ubuntu 11.04. The icons still work on Ubuntu 18.04, but they might look dated.

INSTALL:
Decompress the file to your Home folder and follow the instructions in the file INSTRUCTIONS.html (inside the Humanities folder). After the installation, you will need gnome-tweaks to change your icon theme.
NOTE: I am trying to keep this theme as close as possible to the original Humanity theme. So, I have not added any icons of my own, and I have only recolored icons that were orange, brown, or purple.

Nope useless coz this one doesn't have any GUI and it's just a multicolorized theme while Eclip-X is a theme editor / colorizer so you don't need a specific theme, you have a gui and you can set the emblems of the colorized folders.
Is that the same for this project?
However eclip-x is already pre released with a different name ;)

I really think this discussion is getting out of hand. Eclip-X sounds like an interesting and ambitious project. Humanity-Colors is not a theme editor, it is just a set of icon themes. Some people might prefer it that way.
For the record, I did try to find a colorizable version of the Humanity icons before deciding to make my own. It would have saved me some work after all!

In fact I said yours is a nice idea, it's not a copy or something like that, I just notified there was a new stuff doing almost the same thing, plus other features.

Mainly the project was named Hydroxygen Light Plus, it's somewhere in gnome-look and in ubuntu-it forum.
