Radiance with usability enhancements

This is Radiance from Ubuntu 12.04, with one enhancement: the active window title bar is orange. This is necessary if you use multi-monitor setups like I do - the very slightly brightened title bar text of background windows in usual Radiance is not enough of a cue and at least I get lost every now and then in what window is currently active, sometimes ending up in loss of data. This is version 1.
