Dunno hoe do aye pack icons with the main theme?
Anyways, download these two files, open System→Preferences→Appearance and drag them into that window. Note that the cursor theme doesn't stay for some reason, so you'll need to open the 'Pointer' tab and set it by hand.
To allow root applications (i.e. run as administrator) to use your themes and icons, open the terminal and paste
sudo ln -s ~/.themes /root/.themes
sudo ln -s ~/.icons /root/.icons
respectively. This will make links to your theme and icon folders in the root user's folder. If asked for a password, enter yours (or whatever your system's config is).
Oh, btw, i found that if you set Terminal's font to Monospace Italic 12, it will look really neat and still retain readability.
