GlossyClassic

I did not liked the evolution of the Glossy theme when I upgraded from Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10, so I managed to get a theme as close as possible to the original Glossy Theme.
As far as I know, the official theme I hacked to make it look like the previous version was under a GPLv2, so that is the licence of GlossyClassic.
