This theme emulates (somewhat) the look of CDE Motif. It is designed to match with my SolarCity theme for Metacity which is located here: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=18870

Am I supposed to download the Metacity as well? Cos when I downloaded the GTK 2.x theme, I couldn't see the change in the title bars, they're still the same.

Yes, the titlebars are handled by the Metacity theme. It's called SolarCity, and it's posted here as well.
