Just added brushed background to the E17-GTK theme.

...I just hate default raster theme.
If only it were possible to use EWL to paint gtk engine...

how can a bg pixmap make my theme, that for a long time the highest rated here, have a low rating? weird :P ...but I'm not shocked

Now that is a pimped theme! :D
