It looks like my Clearlooks_blackblue theme but I have changed some details like the scrollbar. In the Clearlooks-version the scrollbar wasn't clearly visible because the different colours are to kin. Now I use the Murrine-Engine and with this engine it's possible to change more details.
NOTE: you must install the Murrine GTK2 Cairo Engine !!
