This is currently my Mac-a-like theme of choice. I've seen a couple of updates, but have no clue as to what changed. Can you have a changelog on this page?

Change in the decoration of the windows (metacity) and the menus
I think it is now perfect, at least to my taste

I don't know about his dock, but if you want a nice Mac-ish dock for Linux (not exactly the same, but more powerful in some ways), try getting Avant Window Navigator. It's VERY good. (I've actually contributed to it)
