To see what I mean, click on any part of the central U.S. on the nationwide map on the Weather.gov site and then click on any area on either coast to see what it's REALLY supposed to be like. For some reason, your chrome file seems to be fouling things up on the map for any office in the central U.S.
In order to get the affected pages to display properly, I have to remove the chrome file in order to view the maps the way they were meant to be viewed. This is happening on Firefox 3.0.12 on Ubuntu 9.04.

Something you had before, something else?
Maybe you can try extracting the tar.gz to home/yourname/.themes, rename the folder to something different, open index.theme inside the folder with a text editor and change where it says Cole to the name you just give to the folder.
Hope it helps, if not aks again!
