elementary & Humanity themes for Pidgin

Three status icon themes for Pidgin, designed to fit in with the elementary and Humanity icon themes.
Included themes:
elementary
elementary-circles
humanity-lucid
Instructions:
- Extract folders to ~/.purple/themes
- In Pidgin: go to Tools > Preferences
- Click on the Themes tab
- Select preferred theme in the Status Icon Theme drop-down list.
