Description:

I made this to bring color to my black backgrounds.

This is based off the twm theme:
http://box-look.org/content/show.php/twm+theme?content=77853

I like twm but it didn't have bold enough color for my particular desktop, so I used cyan and magenta for some brightness and a nice active/inactive window contrast.

Here we have bold color, which looks better on black and makes black look better.
