Striped for PekWM and BMPanel

Port of Striped GTK and Emerald theme by lassekongo83 to PekWM and BMPanel.
Tested with PekWM 0.1.11

About fonts
PekWM theme uses Trebuchet MS font (included in MS Core Fonts), just like Emerald theme.
BMPanel uses Arial font (also in MS Core Fonts). It looks much better than DejaVuSans (which looks blurry or too sharp - that depends on size).
If you don't have MS Core Fonts installed, both PekWM and BMPanel will use DejaVuSans or Sans instead.

PeKWM 
pekwm is a window manager that once upon a time was based on the aewm++ window manager, but it has evolved enough that it no longer resembles aewm++ at all. It has a much expanded feature-set, including window grouping (similar to ion, pwm, or fluxbox), autoproperties, xinerama, keygrabber that supports keychains, and much more.

Theming PekWM is fun, that's why I'm doing it. Of course I'm also using PekWM and BMPanel :)
