PS: Does someone know how to prevent conky from showing those blank characters next to "top" ? Thx.

I know that maybe they are different but...I use fluxbox and in my toolbar deluge icon is shown with a white background, did you do anything special to make it look transparent, or it just was as it is?

It has a much expanded feature-set, including window grouping (similar to ion, pwm, or fluxbox), autoproperties, xinerama, keygrabber that supports keychains, and much more.
