It is quite well done for someone who is just beginning. My only real suggestion for modifications to this would be to make the text less blurry, perhaps use some solid text or solid text with a slight emboss filter applied. The style of text that you used would work if it were green with a little less glow around the edges. You could also make the text blend a little better with the background by making it a slightly darker shade of blue than the rest of the background or even use green and play around with some of the filters to get a computer text type appearance.

All in all, I like it.

About the copyright: There is a high possibility that this image is copyrighted, but until you actually receive a message from the producers of the movie asking you to remove it from the site then I wouldn't worry about it.
