The center of the image wasn't placed perfectly. It's to high. Was this intentional, or will/can you fix it?

Yes it can be fix to your like or interpretation of it. The reason is done this way is because most of the users use the bottom bar with the icons and start menu goes. So the image looks straight on the monitor usually is center up slightly upward.
