I suggest it if you don't have too many icons on your desktop, because all that noise may cause difficulty in "reading" them.
I made it with The Gimp from a varnish dirty paper. Don't ask me what the Japanese writings say: it came out by typing "K" "D" "E" while using this Vtmeiornaments font you can find on the web.
