You should copy whole /usr/share/backgrounds/infinity with infitinity.xml.

Infinity wallpaper is animated slideshow...

How do you upload images larger than what gnome-look allows? I did at first attemp to patch and copy .xml as well but there is a limit so space and didn't know how to get around that.

That won't work. You need to Patch libgnomeui and the gnome-control-center, so they support that.
