For GNOME 2.24 we are searching new wallpapers and new artists...

PLEASE READ THE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The artworks that won't follow them will be ignored.

And it's June 3rd now... should this not be either a) removed or b) updated with a link to the winners or something?

I don't know if my comment matters, but this is a real contest, just Google it and you'll find a lot of GNOME people mentioning it.

Why is this not being hosted by art.gnome.org? If this is a Gnome sanctioned contest, I find that a little strange.

I'm not 100% convinced, myself, since there's no mention of it on art.gnome.org, or on the Gnome website, but it can't hurt to submit wallpapers. I've also put mine on DeviantArt. I'm pretty sure it's a real contest though, and if not, I still made two wallpapers that I otherwise wouldn't have made :P
