I just get linked to art4linux.org where I cannot download anything nor even create an account. It says "Cookies have to be enabled". I have tried with three different browsers. Sigh. :(

Hey this might be a dumb question, but how do you install these?...there doesn't seem to be an archived package available to drag and drop into the gdm theme manager.

A extra option's button is needed for others things that shutdown, as reboot, xdcmp, hibernate ...
The Graphics theme is very pretty.

You can use, I think, F10, if not, F11 or around :)

GDM Themes

For applying GDM themes, there is this tool:

Note Ubuntu uses LightDM, so you would need to switch to GDM first to use GDM themes:
