Ambiance and Radiance fixed for custom button layouts.
I had to redo all of Radiance’s buttons (and fix them along the way, mind you), but it’s here: both themes now support changing the order of the titlebar buttons.
I also tried to fix some inconsistencies that creeped up in Radiance’s gtkrc, namely Nautilus’ breadcrumb bar.
Following Umang's idea o Launchpad, now the menu button background is fully opaque and most button layouts should work fine now (see screenshots).
Please test!
Note: you’ll need to add a PPA to your software sources in order to get the dependencies for this package. Please look here for instructions: http://http://www.webupd8.org/2010/03/ubuntu-lucid-light-themes-radiance-and.html
Note: Sorry for not uploading the package directly to GNOME-Look.org, but their submission form has a bug that hasn’t allowed me to do so. Google Docs’ll have to do.

I'm not even sure I can reproduce that here. How did it happen? (I mean, how did you install the theme, what (if ever) had you done to the theme before the update, things like that.)

Try installing mine now, before they do it once again. Just bear in mind that their next update will likely revert my changes, so you would have to wait either for my merger or (one can hope) for theirs.
Until then, it’ll be a cat-and-mouse for us. :)

I tried to set the close button with the orange rather than red. The buttons do not light the active window on mouse over them as they do when the window is in the background (inactive)

My version of Radiance is more complete because I had to redraw all the buttons, after all.

The themes looks good, but since I really liked the first scroll bars (gooklooking, though thick), I got back to the previous versions.

Anyway, now the scrollbars are drawn by the (murrine) engine, and the old pixmaps were dumped.

When I tried to run the file, it said "Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: ubuntu-mono"
I tried to search for resolution for this error and it appears that mono has already been part of the standard Karmic Koala.
