Murrina-Blue-Panel
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
A simple and relaxing working environment...
Requires the Murrine engine and the Pixbuf engine (to render the progress bar)
The GTK theme is a Frankenstein combining elements of Murrina-BlueGrey (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Murrina-BlueGrey?content=52709) and the progress bar from Frozen Plastic Suite (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Frozen+Plastic+Suite?content=44781).
The emerald theme is a slight modification of one of the themes (Sky by Xinix) which comes prepackaged in emerald. I haven't really considered a Metacity theme, but Candido-Selected http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Candido-Selected?content=37871 works pretty well.
The wallpaper is Foresight-Blue http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Foresight-Blue?content=62023 by p373, with a shadow for the panel (because the compiz shadows don't behave as they should), and a backdrop for conky at the bottom.
The icon theme is Tango combined with the folders from Mist (the combination looks great with this theme).

You also need the pixbuf (aka pixmap) engine to render the progress bar. Again, the pixmap engine should either be installed by default or found in the repositories.

I can post a link to my .conkyrc file, however you'll see that it's formatted to be 1600 pixels wide using tabs and absolute pixel values. If you want to use this scheme, and your screen is not 1600 pixels wide, then you will need to edit those values.

This thread has lots of .conkyrc files:
